DJR Services - Quality Renovations You Can Trust

1. Quote Validity & Acceptance

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance can be confirmed via email reply or by signing the provided document. Work will only be scheduled once the deposit/material cost is received.

2. Payment & Milestones

Small Projects (e.g., Handyman, Single Room Painting):

100% Material Costs paid upfront.
Final balance due immediately upon completion.

Large Projects (e.g., Bathroom Renovation, Full House Decorating):

Stage 1: Deposit & Materials (Secures date).
Stage 2: Post-Demolition / Surface Prep.
Stage 3: Progress Payment (e.g., after Tiling).
Stage 4: Final Balance upon handover.

Late payments may result in work suspension. Each milestone must be settled within 24 hours of reaching that stage.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are requested to clear the work area of small personal items. DJR Services will provide professional floor and furniture protection for large items. Access to water and electricity must be provided.

4. Variation of Scope

Any changes or additional work requested after the quote has been accepted will be quoted separately as a "Variation" and must be agreed upon in writing before the additional work begins.

5. Guarantee & Liability

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors (e.g., dampness or structural movement). DJR Services holds full Public Liability Insurance.
